Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is faulty or damaged.

If your product arrives in a faulty condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or ordering errors

  • Normal wear and tear
