FAQs

Personalisation

How do I add a name?
Type it in the "Make it theirs" boxes on the product page before adding to your basket. You'll see a quick preview so you can check the spelling.

We print exactly what you type.
Please double-check spelling, capital letters and punctuation. Emojis can't be engraved or printed.

I'm ordering several with different names.
Add each one to your basket separately with its own name. For big orders, see bulk and custom orders.

I made a mistake in my personalisation.
Email us straight away at info@theroundboxcreations.co.uk. We start making quickly, so the sooner the better.

Elves

Will your cots, beds and boxes fit my elf?
Our arrival boxes and beds are sized for a standard 30cm elf doll and fit most. The cots are sized for our baby elves and most small baby elf dolls.

Are the elf dolls toys?
The elf dolls have small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3.
